Your cruiser motorcycle provides you with a fun and stylish means of transportation, and you probably enjoy your rides a great deal. However, there may be occasions when you aren’t having quite as good of a time as you could, because you’re simply not comfortable while riding your cruiser. There are some steps you can take to make riding your cruiser motorcycle more comfortable, though, and these will help ensure that you’re truly getting the most out of every ride.

1. Employ Cruise Control

If your cruiser has a cruise control option, use it! Cruise control helps to keep your motorcycle at a safe and even speed so that you aren’t having to constantly adjust it, which makes your ride more pleasant.

2. Get a New Seat

The current seat on your cruiser is likely something that came from the factory, and it may not be shaped quite how you’d like. You can always upgrade your seat to something that has memory-foam padding or a backrest to help take pressure off your lower back.

3. Install a Windshield

One cause of discomfort while riding a motorcycle is wind fatigue, which happens when your body grows tired of withstanding the forces of the air coming at you as you ride. A windshield, whether permanent or removable, will take away that wind fatigue while also shielding you from bugs and rain while you ride.
